Monkey.D.Ruffy

The overall quality of the work is pretty good, it looks professional, but the shining edges are overdoing it a bit, although I see how it is sort of neccesary for his hair. Also the white streaks in his hair make it seem like his hair is either plastic, gelled, or dyed white in streaks, Luffy's actual hair doesn't originally have anything like that. The same type of problem occurs in his jacket, and well his skin too, unless it was your full intent to make him look plastic (which isn't too bad since he's rubber, though it looks a bit more like hard plastic to me) I would suggest not making these streaks of light shading as light, or not having them at all. Also the torn parts of his vest look too intentional, like clean cuts. And I think his hat should show a very little bit (judging its size) under his arm around his armpit, and a bit by his left side of his head. But it still is a good picture of Luffy!
